NOTES ON ASSIGNMENTS AND SCORES

Please Note

If you miss an entry or put only a half entry or post late your score will go down. Always check page 10 (booklet) to see what is requried. You may risk losing a lot of points and end up with a low grade because of that.

For every week you need two entries: Self-reflection and content reflection. Follow very closely the rubric on page 10.

Your products for the portfolio must be related to classroom activity. You must acknowledge all pictures and music taken from the Internet. You may lose points if you not do that.

Good wishes

Week 3 - Entries on Blogs (Assignment 1)

Blog Entry: Please place this message in your blog:

This content included in this blog is entirely my own work except where I have duly acknowledged other sources in the text and listed those sources at the end of the assignment as a reference list. I have read the paragraphs on plagiarism in the Student Handbook (page 27-29)

Reflection for Week 3: first blog entry

1) - One little text on what you learnt in the class (part 1)
2) - One little text on use of photos in the classroom, issues of ownernship and responsible use.

Deadline: 28 February

Example: "The major learning for me today was how to use images in the classroom. As a future teacher, I can use what I am learning now, to make my teaching interesting, fun and get students more interested in the activities."

"I was not aware that we needed to acknowledge images/photos taken from the Internet. But I feel it is right to do so, as the work belongs to someone who did the images/photos. As long as I make reference to the source, I can use images to make my work look nice."
